Powerful Women of Praise
An Independent Women's Ministry and nonprofit organization
Purpose
Powerful Women of Praise was created to provide a forum for women to read and
discuss books together under the principles of fellowship. Fellowship is
communion with other believers in order to encourage one another's walk with the
Lord. It is the love of Christ that can unite people from diverse backgrounds and
with distinctive personalities so that they are able to call each other "sister."
Mission
The purpose of our ministry is to provide opportunities for women in the Inland
Empire to grow toward maturity in Christ through charitable efforts, worship, bible
study, service, fellowship, and evangelism.
Vision
We are a dynamic, personalized ministry which exists to equip, edify, and
encourage women from all walks of life and Christian experience.
Location
Operating in Riverside County, this book club meets twice each month on Fridays at
6:00 p.m. at alternating members’ homes (unless an outside venue has been
agreed upon by all of the members).

The book club has read A Purpose Driven Life, Battlefield of the Mind, The Power of
Being A Women Mastering the Art of Femininity, Naked Fruit, The Confident Women,
