Powerful Women of Praise is pleased to present the first collaborative Christian Women’s
Conference: FINDING THE GOD IN ME. It will be a one day conference held at Cal Baptist
University on Saturday, April 3, 2010. This conference was created to allow those who have
been called to do God’s teachings the venue to reach women who want to deepen their
relationship with Christ. The goal is for attendees to be encouraged, equipped, and
empowered to live the life that God has planned for them! Our call is to reach 200 woman
needing CHANGE in their life and by providing them the tools to help them find the God in
them!
We are actively soliciting bible study workshop proposals, keynote speaker, and worship
leaders from all walks of life and ministry units. You are receiving this call because you have
requested it, someone to whom we sent it shared it with you, and/or because you have
been identified as someone with expertise in an area which we are working to emphasize in
this year’s conference. We encourage you to share it with others.
We want to offer bible study workshops in the following topic areas: prosperity, prayer,
purpose, passion, and position. This is designed to be a bible teaching not a bible
preaching conference. That being said, we are looking to select those workshops rich with
personal stories, interactive components, and those that afford participants the opportunity
to walk away with tools they can use. We hope to provide an opportunity to provide
workshops that address the needs facing women with a mix of local presenters and others
from the wider area who may have expertise in successful models from which all women can
learn.
