The Steps
Did you start your day with God?
Did you start it by saying a positive comment to someone who cares about you?
Did you plan your day to make a difference in someone’s life?
Did you set forth to accomplish a task you have been putting off?
Did you call someone and brighten their day?
Did you do something for someone without having to be asked?
Did you say a prayer for someone in need?
Did you find yourself off the couch and out of the bed, doing something positive and
productive?
Did you find yourself not making any excuses, but accepting responsibility for your actions?
Did you find yourself giving someone a compliment?
Did you find yourself smiling instead of frowning?
Did you end your day with God?

The Commitment
Are you going to do this today?
Are you going to do this tomorrow?
Are you going to do this next week?
Are you going to do this next month?
Are you going to do this every day for the rest of your life?

The Question
If not, then ask yourself again, do you really want to change for the better?

The Reality
Change starts with you and God---and no one else.
Use this as a daily checklist towards change.
You can do it, even if you just added one step each day.
